"[Elevate] Hearing reprogrammed my hearing aid even though I did not purchase from them. They got me in quickly and gave me a free hearing test then adjusted my aid for a reasonable charge. They then took the extra time to explain some things about my aid that I was unaware it could do. Customer service was excellent and their caring attitude was a refreshing change in todays get them in and out as fast as you can world. In sum, a caring customer oriented business."
